WET Couture Swimmer was created in 2008 in Tampa Florida by designer Angelina Petraglia. The company was moved to Miami Beach Florida in the spring of 2009 when Angelina received the advice from her best friend to move her business to swimwear capital of the world, “Miami”. With 14 years of experience in restaurants, night clubs, catering and events, Angelina landed a wonderful job at Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort and Kitchen 305 as the marketing & events manager with in a month on Miami Beach. Since Angelina started creating fashion shows and events for others. Events such as FDE Fashion Designers Expo Florida. This knowledge and experience in the fashion industry helped kick her dream of becoming a successful swimwear designer. Currently, Angelina has just finished her 2nd collection geered towards making women feel young, sexy, edgy, exotic, and FABOULOUS. WET Couture Swimwear will be a featurted line in the FDE Fashion Designer’s Expo this October 21 & 22 2010 at the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort! |

“Gillian E.” Designs were first conceptualized by Gillian E. Murray at the age of 16. Fashion designing came naturally when she began dressing herself and her sisters during those teen years and boy did they garner a lot of attention! She took risks with fabrics, styles, colors and cuts and caused a lot of “Ooh-La-Lahs” at age 18. Gillian’s favorite word is “body” and she knows how to dress it well. Gillian is a multi-cultural mix of a designer who embraces all facets of her ‘east meets west’ roots namely, the Jamaican, East Indian & American flairs. Although Gillian obtained her Master’s degree in a different field, her dream of being a successful fashion designer was a permanent one. Gillian has a globally unified and progressive view of fashion. She appreciates ranges of cultures and art, from ancient to modern times, including: Viking, Celtic, Indian, African, Egyptian & Chinese art forms & seeks to incorporate them in her designs.

All Cortese Designs are created with a conscious intention to share the positive vibrations of nature's energy. The "Healing Pink Rose" bags were specifically designed to share the natural healing properties of the organically grown pink roses from Debra's Miami garden and the "Healing Pink Leaves" bags share the vibrant energy of the mussaenda or Bankok Rose. Both plants have historical medicinal uses and the color pink emanates high energy vibrations of love, health and sensuous beauty.
